11E. CONTRACT AWARD - VICTORIA SIDEWALK STABILIZATION AND SAFETY MAINTENANCE PROJECT AND FINDING THE PROJECT CATEGORICALLY EXEMPT FROM THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT Potential Action(s) If the City Council concurs with the contents of the Administrative Report, appropriate actions include: 1. Provision of direction to present the project to the DRSC for review and recommendations or proceed with the project as designed. 2. Adoption of Resolution 26-128 and find the Victoria Sidewalk Stabilization and Safety Maintenance Project No. 17355, categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under Sections 15301 and 15303 of the state CEQA Guidelines, Class 1 and Class 3, respectively (existing facilities and new construction or conversion). 3. Award the Victoria Sidewalk Stabilization and Safety Maintenance Project No. 17355 construction contract to OrangeBlue General Contractors, as the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. 4. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C26- Contractors, providing for the Victoria Sidewalk Stabilization and Safety Maintenance Project, in an amount not to exceed $169,644, in a form substantially similar to Contract No. 26-48.
