PROJECT NO. 7941 - ACCEPT WORK FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT CONCRETE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT IMPROVEMENTS 2026, ENGINEER'S REPORT ΝΟ. 26-34 Staff recommend City Council accept the work of Towo Enterprise, Inc. in the amount of $848,215 for Project No. 7941 Community Development Block Grant Concrete Americans with Disabilities Act Improvements 2026, and release the retention payment in the amount of $42,410.75 to Towo Enterprise, Inc., 35 days after the recordation of the Notice of Completion.
