9. CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF A THIRD AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH TRIO COMMUNITY MEALS FOR THE SENIOR SERVICES NUTRITION PROGRAM Recommendation It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve the Third Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with TRIO Community Meals to extend the agreement through June 30, 2027, and approve the revised fee schedule effective July 1, 2026, and establish a total not-to-exceed amount of $77,610 for Fiscal Year 2026-2027; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Third Amendment and any other documents necessary to implement the agreement.
