18. CONSIDERATION OF A POLICY FOR USE OF MEMORANDA OF UNDERSTANDING AND PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENTS FOR THE USE OF CITY FACILITIES, INCLUDING PARKS, PROGRAMS AND PUBLIC SPACES Recommendation It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Review and provide feedback on the proposed Policy for Use of Memoranda of Understanding and Partnership Agreements (“Policy”); and 2. Consider approval of the Policy to provide staff with a consistent framework for evaluating future partnership arrangements with outside organizations.
