(8) 26-0025 HOUSING AND HOMELESSNESS COMMITTEE REPORT relative to Los Angeles Housing Department (LAHD) investments in affordable housing and permanent supportive housing since 2010 and the status of funded projects. Recommendations for Council action: 1. ADOPT an annual reporting structure for investments and outcomes of all funding sources received and administered by LAHD. LAHD should time the release of its annual report on funding sources for Council consideration with the release of its report on the analysis of the status of the LAHD housing portfolio. The portfolio analysis report should include: How the development cost of each unit and the average cost per unit for non-publicly funded entities. 2. NOTE AND FILE the analysis and findings captured in the LAHD report dated March 20, 2026, attached to the Council file. Fiscal Impact Statement: Not applicable
