Recommendation for Council action: APPROVE the LAHD report recommendation dated July 21, 2026, attached to the Council file, and ADOPT the accompanying RESOLUTION removing the property at 118 North Rampart Boulevard (Case No. 735395), Assessor I.D. No. 5157-001-003, from the REAP. Fiscal Impact Statement: None submitted by the LAHD. Neither the City Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
