(10) 11-1013-S12 GOVERNMENT OPERATIONS COMMITTEE REPORT relative to the My311 System. Recommendations for Council action: 1. NOTE and FILE the September 26, 2025 Information Technology Agency (ITA) report. 2. INSTRUCT the ITA to report in regard to: a. Current 311 call center staffing, answer rates, and call back response times. b. Recommendations for 311 call center improvements. c. Current 311 communications with the Bureau of Sanitation for Bulky Item Pickups and any shortcomings that need to be addressed to streamline communication and ensure accuracy reports and services requested. Fiscal Impact Statement: None submitted by the ITA. Neither the City Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative Analyst have completed a financial analysis of this report.
