(5) 26-0885 PERSONNEL AND HIRING COMMITTEE REPORT relative to domestic violence/intimate partner violence training for employees and managers. Recommendation for Council action, pursuant to Motion (Hutt – Hernandez): INSTRUCT the Personnel Department, with the assistance of the Community Investment Department and the Los Angeles Police Department, to report on existing domestic violence/intimate partner violence training for employees and managers, as well as recommendations for any necessary updates to existing Citywide training. Fiscal Impact Statement: Neither the City Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
