2. Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Reduced Tuition Partnership Agreement with the Claremont Lincon University. 6. Adoption of a Resolution Authorizing the Chief Executive Officer, Chief of Police and Finance Director to Execute Agreements, Assurances and Reimbursement Claims to Obtain Federal Financial Assistance Under Public Law 93-288 As Amended By the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act of 1988, And/Or State Financial Assistance Under the California Disaster Assistance Act It is recommended that the City Council: A. Adopt the attached resolution (Cal OES Form 130); and B. Authorize the Chief Executive Officer, Chief of Police and Finance Director to execute agreements, assurances, and reimbursement claims to obtain federal financial assistance under Public Law 93-288 as amended by the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act of 1988, and/or state financial assistance under the California Disaster Assistance Act. 7. Creation of Limited-Term Senior Engineer Classification; Adopt Resolution No. 2026-020 Amending the City’s Comprehensive Salary Schedule in Accordance with CalPERS Established Guidelines; and Adopt Resolution No. 2026-021 Approving a Side Letter Agreement with City Employee’s Association (CEA) It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve the new title of Senior Engineer – Limited Term. Comprehensive Salary Schedule adopted by Resolution 2024-036, to update job titles for the above referenced job classifications.
