19. Public Hearing and Adoption of Resolution No. 2026-019 “A Resolution of The City Council of Associated with the Citywide Park Maintenance Assessment District for FY2026-2027, and Authorizing the Los Angeles County Assessor to Add this Special Assessment to the Property Tax Bills." It is recommended that the City Council hold a Public Hearing and after considering testimony, adopt California, Ordering the Annual Levy and Collection of Assessment Associated with the Citywide Park Maintenance Assessment District for Fiscal Year 2026-2027, and Authorizing the Los Angeles County Assessor to Add this Special Assessment to the Property Tax Bills.” and authorize the Director of Finance to make the necessary appropriation and budget adjustments.
