9. Professional Service Agreement (PSA) with The Wellness Center for the City of Baldwin Park Tobacco Grant Program It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve the Professional Service Agreement with The Wellness Center in the amount of $121,800.00; and 2. Authorize the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute the Agreement for the Tobacco Grant Program for a three-year term (Fiscal Years 2024/25 through 2027/28) between the Wellness Center and the City of Baldwin Park; and 3. Authorize the Director of Finance to appropriate funds in the amount of $225,228.00 from Fund 270 – Grant Funds.
