G. APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT WITH REALTY PLANNERS GROUP, INC TO\nIMPLEMENT THE SIXTH CYCLE HOUSING ELEMENT\nCity Council is requested to approve the service agreement to allow the\nconsultant to start the work so that the September 30, 2023 deadline can be met.\nRecommendation:\n1. Review and approve the Professional Services Agreement (Attachment “A”)\nwith Realty Planners Group, Inc. (Realty Planners). This agreement is for the\nimplementation of the sixth cycle Housing Element. The budget for this\nagreement is $30,000 which will be paid by the Local Early Action Planning\nGrant (LEAP grant). The remaining grant funds must be spent by September\n30, 2023; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement with Realty Planners\nGroup.
