8. APPROVE AGREEMENTS FOR ON-CALL ARCHITECTURAL & ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES\nFOR FISCAL YEAR 2022-2023 THROUGH FISCAL YEAR 2026-2027\nThat the City Council:\nA. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute agreements with (1) IDS Group, Inc., and (2)\nSVA Architects, Inc., for On-Call Architectural & Engineering Design Services for Fiscal Year 2022-\n2023 through Fiscal Year 2026-2027; and,\nB. Authorize staff to issue purchase orders totaling $500,000 per fiscal year to (1) IDS Group, Inc., and (2)\nSVA Architects, Inc., for Fiscal Year 2022-2023 through Fiscal Year 2026-2027, for a not-to-exceed amount of\n$250,000 per consultant, per fiscal year.
