AGREEMENT AMENDMENT NO. 3 – MANAGEMENT OF ENGINEERING DIVISION\nStaff recommends City Council approve Amendment No. 3 to the Agreement with Mario Mera Consulting,\nto continue providing management of the Engineering Division in a total contract amount not to exceed\n$96,200, with the option to extend the duration of the services through FY 2023/24 for additional\ncompensation of $259,200; and authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment provided there is\nfunding in the budget, on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
