5. AGREEMENT AMENDMENT NO. 2 – CITYWIDE ON-STREET PARKING STUDY AGREEMENT –\nADDITIONAL SERVICES\nStaff recommends City Council approve Amendment No. 2 to the agreement with Dixon Resources\nUnlimited for Citywide On-Street Parking Study, for additional services not-to-exceed $54,862; and\nauthorize the City Manager to execute this amendment and any further amendments not-to-exceed a total\namendment amount of $60,350 which includes a contingency amount of 10%, on behalf of the City, in a\nform approved by the City Attorney.
