8.2 FIRST AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH AVANT\nGARDE INC.\nComments:\nStaff is requesting that the City Council approve First Amendment to the Professional\nService Agreement with Avant Garde Inc. in the amount of $170,625 to continue the\nadministration of the program and extend the term to June 30, 2024.\nRecommendation:\n2\nStaff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached resolution entitled: “A\nRESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD, COUNTY OF\nLOS ANGELES, STATE OF CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A\nFIRST AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH AVANT\nGARDE INC FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES FOR\nTHE COMMERCIAL FAÇADE GRANT PROGRAM.”
