10.5 Consideration of Adoption of Ordinance No. 972 Amending Subsection (1) (Failure to Pay Rent) of Section 5.63.030(C) (For-Cause Termination of Tenancy), of Chapter 5.63 (Tenant Eviction Protections) of Title 5 (Business Licenses, Regulations and Taxes) of the Bell Gardens Municipal Code RECOMMENDATION: It is staff’s recommendation that the City Council waive full reading and adopt Ordinance No. 972 amending Subsection (1) (Failure to Pay Rent) of Section 5.63.030(c)(1) (For-Cause Termination) of Chapter 5.63 (Tenant Eviction Protections) of Title 5 (Business Licenses, Regulations and Taxes) of the Bell Gardens Municipal Code.
