7. Award 2026 Annual Street Maintenance Project
Recommended Action: 1) Approve the award and authorize the Mayor to execute a
construction contract with Toro Enterprises, Inc. in the amount of $883,812 for the
construction of the 2026 Annual Street Maintenance Project, Specification No. 2116; and
2) Authorize the Public Works Director and/or their appointee to approve any potential
change orders up to 15% of the contract amount.
