Agreements Related to the Preparation of the Malibu Canyon Resort Project Environmental Impact Report Recommended Action: 1) Authorize the Mayor to execute a Professional Services Agreement with Impact Sciences, Inc. for the preparation of the Malibu Canyon Resort Project Environmental Impact Report (EIR); and 2) Authorize the Mayor to execute a Developer Reimbursement Agreement with Green Acres, LLC for payment of costs related to and associated with preparation of the EIR.
