Approve the Final Map and Subdivision Agreement for Tract No. 19112 with Lennar Homes of California, Incorporated, to create a one-lot condominium subdivision for the development of a 156-unit residential subdivision, including private drive aisles, onsite parking, and related site improvements for that certain real property located at 200 West Midway Drive.
