5. Award Master Agreement Purchase Order No. 106-498764 to Waxie Enterprises, LLC, a Brady PLUS company dba Waxie Sanitary Supply for janitorial supplies, for a one year term in an amount not-to-exceed $383,500 ($234,500 for the Anaheim Convention Center, $100,000 for Anaheim Public Utilities and $49,000 for Public Works), with two one-year optional renewals (annual contract amount for renewals will be based on prior year usage, subject to available budget appropriations); and authorize the Purchasing Agent, or designee, to exercise renewal options in accordance with the terms of Omnia Partners Cooperative Agreement No.152610.
