4. Approve response to the 2025-2026 Orange County Grand Jury Report titled, “PFAS and Public
Awareness – A Closer Look at Orange County Drinking Water”, and authorize the Acting Public
Utilities General Manager to execute a letter and forward the response to the Presiding Judge of
the Orange County Court and the Orange County Grand Jury, pursuant to California Penal Code
Section 933(c).
