6. Award a Master Agreement with OneSource Supply Solutions, LLC, in an average annual amount
of $1,120,000, for the purchase of electrical connectors, fuses, and other components for a one
year term with four one-year optional renewals, for a cumulative amount not to exceed
$5,600,000 plus applicable sales tax; and authorize the Purchasing Agent, or designee, to
execute the contract and all related documents and to exercise the renewal options.
