Expenditure: Not-to-Exceed $391,090.41 (Non-General Fund). Recommendation of the General Services Director and Community Services Director that City Council authorize a purchase order with Turf Star Western of Brea, CA, in the amount of $372,467.06, plus a 5% contingency in the amount of $18,623.35, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $391,090.41, for two (2) Toro Groundsmaster 5910 Mowers as a Cooperative Purchase with Sourcewell.
