8L. City Manager and City Attorney – Approve Second Amendment to Tolling Agreement for City-owned Property Located at 24777 Crenshaw Boulevard and Authorize City Manager to Execute Agreement. Expenditure: None. Recommendation of the City Manager and City Attorney that City Council: 1. Approve a Second Amendment to Tolling Agreement between the City and SBL Auto, Inc, SBL Properties, LLC and The Adkins Family Trust for City-owned property located at 24777 Crenshaw Boulevard; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement.
