Expenditure: Not-to-Exceed $2,260,280.25 (Non-General Fund: Approximately $753,426.75 Annually). Recommendation of the Transit Director that City Council award a contract services agreement to Administrative Services Cooperative, Inc. of Torrance, CA (RFP B2026-10), in the amount of $753,426.75 annually, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $2,260,280.85, to operate the Torrance Community Transit Program (TCTP) for a three-year (3) period beginning August 1, 2026 and ending July 31, 2029.
