Recommendation:
1) Find the Project is Categorically Exempt pursuant to Section 15301, Class
1 – Existing Facilities of the California Environmental Quality Act
guidelines;
2) Approve Tabulations and Specifications for 26-003 Slurry Program Phase
2; and
3) Authorize the City Clerk to advertise for construction bids.
