10. ACCEPTANCE OF PROJECT ACCEPTANCE FOR THE DOWNTOWN ELECTRICAL
WORK UPGRADES (CITY PROJECT NO. 9573)
Recommended Action: Accept the work performed by Innovative
Engineering Systems Inc DBA Agilitech, Bakersfield, California, for
the Downtown Electrical Upgrades project (City Project No. 9573)
and authorize payment for the remaining retention in the amount of
$25,537.83.
