Recommended Action: Accept the work performed by Marina
Landscape Inc., Orange, California, for the Downey Avenue and
Rosecrans Avenue Median Enhancement project (City Project No.
9435B) and authorize payment for the remaining retention in the
amount of $86,762.23.
