Recommendation: Confirm the following commission appointments:
1. Jorge Padilla to the Communications and Technology Commission to fill
an unscheduled vacancy for a term ending in January 2027; and
2. Richard Druyen to the Environmental Commission to fill an unscheduled
vacancy for a term ending in January 2027.
