1. Due to child care needs that preclude in-person attendance at the meeting, Council Member\nDenise Davis has chosen to attend tonight's City Council meeting via teleconference under\nAB2449 "Just Cause". This is the first of two allowable Just Cause exceptions under AB\n2449.
