A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE CONSOLIDATED\nPLAN ANNUAL ACTION PLAN FOR THE 2021-22 PROGRAM YEAR TO ALLOCATE FUNDS\nRECEIVED FROM THE AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN (ARP) ACT HOME SUPPLEMENTAL\nALLOCATION\nThat City Council ("City") and the Board of the Ontario Housing Authority ("Authority") take the\nfollowing actions:\nA. Approve the Second Amendment to the FY 2021-22 Annual Action Plan (on file in the\nRecords Management Department) (“Substantial Amendment”); and\nB. Authorize the City Manager/Executive Director or his designee to sign all documents\nnecessary to implement the Agreements\nADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS/DISCUSSION/ACTION
