6. AMENDMENTS TO DESIGN SERVICE AGREEMENTS FOR ON-CALL WATER SUPPLY STUDIES\nThat the City Council take the following actions:\nA. Approve and authorize the City Manager, or his designee to execute Amendment No. 5\nto the Design Services Agreement (on file in the Records Management Department) with\nAlbert A. Webb Associates of Riverside, California, for a total not-to-exceed amount of\n$50,000 for Fiscal Year 2023-24, a total not-to-exceed amount of $50,000 for Fiscal Year\n2024-25, and a term from June 16, 2020, to June 16, 2025, for on-call as needed services\nin preparing Water Supply Assessments (WSA’s) and Written Verifications (WV's).\nB. Approve and authorize the City Manager, or his designee to execute Amendment No. 3\nto the Design Services Agreement (on file in the Records Management Department) with\nPlaceWorks Inc. of Santa Ana, California, for a total not-to-exceed $50,000 for Fiscal Year\n2023-24, a total not-to-exceed $50,000 for Fiscal Year 2024-25, and a term from June 16,\n2020, to June 16, 2025, for on-call as needed services in preparing WSA’s and WV’s.
