Purchase of Five (5) Liquid Filled Padmounted Transformers\nRecommendation:\nThe Honorable City Council approve:\n(1) The purchase of five (5) Liquid Filled Padmounted Transformers from Hitachi\nEnergy USA, Inc. in the amount not to exceed $542,461.31; and\n(2) A Sole Source arrangement with Hitachi Energy USA, Inc. for the purchase of\nelectric utility distribution equipment.
