11. REVIEW AWARD OF TWO CONTRACTS TO REXEL ENERGY SOLUTIONS, CHARGEPOINT\nPARTNER, IN THE AMOUNTS OF $183,344 AND $60,617, FOR THE PURCHASE OF\nELECTRIC VEHICLE SUPPLY EQUIPMENT (EVSE) AND RELATED SERVICES FOR THE\nRESPECTIVE CIVIC CENTER VEHICLE ELECTRIFICATION PROJECT AND ARROYO PARK\nELECTRIC VEHICLE (EV) CHARGER INSTALLATION, AND APPROVAL OF A CHARGING\nINFRASTRUCTURE AND REBATE PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT WITH SOUTHERN\nCALIFORNIA EDISON (SCE).\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Award a contract to Rexel Energy Solutions, ChargePoint Partner, at the proposed\ncompetitive procurement price utilizing Sourcewell nationwide government procurement\nservice for the purchase of Civic Center / City Hall Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE)\nand Related Services, specifically nineteen (19) ChargePoint CT4011/4021-GW1 Level 2\nelectric vehicle chargers and supporting services;\n2. Award a contract to Rexel Energy Solutions, ChargePoint Partner, at the proposed\ncompetitive procurement price utilizing Sourcewell nationwide government procurement\nservice for the purchase of Arroyo Park Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) and\nRelated Services, specifically six (6) ChargePoint CT4021-GW1 dual port Level 2 electric\nvehicle chargers and supporting services;\n3. Authorize the City Manager to enter into a Charging Infrastructure and Rebate Participation\nAgreement With Southern California Edison (SCE) to participate in the SCE Charge Ready\nProgram, which facilitates installation of Level 2 electric vehicle chargers at the Arroyo Park\nparking lot, and a 10-year commitment by the City to provide and maintain the chargers;\n4. Appropriate an additional $10,617 in General Funds to Arroyo Park Electric Vehicle\nInstallation Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Account No. 101-9000-9189-9189-000; and\n5. Authorize the City Manager to execute the attached quotation and purchase order.
