5. Appropriation of Funds for Professional Services Supporting Maintenance,\nRepairs, and Security Upgrades to the CNG Facility located at Badillo\nStreet and Ramona Boulevard\nIt is Staff's recommendation that the City Council: Accept and authorize\npayment to Galileo Technologies for emergency equipment repairs made\nto the CNG compressor system due to vandalism in the amount of\n$27,752.57; and Approve proposals for professional services in the\namount not-to-exceed $50,557.99 to cover the costs of security upgrades\nand maintenance as follows: Greenshine for procurement of three (3)\nsolar light systems including the concrete base in the amount of\n$19,917.73; and Greg Ruvalo for installation of security measures around\nthe perimeter wall in the amount of $4,290.00; and Spectrum\nCommunications to cover the amount of construction costs associated\nwith making the CNG site serviceable for internet access in the amount of\n$7,641.16; and ConvergeOne for procurement and installation of four (4)\nsecurity cameras in the amount of $18,709.10; and Authorize the Director\nof Finance to appropriate $78,310.56 from fund 244 for Professional\nServices to cover the project costs; and Authorize the Director of Finance\nto make the necessary budget adjustments and authorize the Director of\nPublic Works to process invoices for qualified expenditures.\nSTAFF REPORT
