4. Approval of Agreement with Learning Enrichment After-School Program,\nInc. (dba Leap) for the Summer Lunch Program\nIt is recommended that the City Council: 1) Authorize the Mayor to\nexecute a one (1) year service agreement with Learning Enrichment After-\nSchool Program, Inc.
