(26) 26-1032 CD 15 CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION and TRADE, TRAVEL AND TOURISM COMMITTEE REPORT relative to Port of Los Angeles (POLA) Resolution No. 26-10753 approving the Seventh Amendment to Permit No. 560 with Vopak Terminal Los Angeles, Inc. Recommendations for Council action: 1. CONCUR that the determination by the Board of Harbor Commissioners that the proposed action is categorically exempt from the requirements of CEQA pursuant to Article III, Classes 1(14) and 1(18)(b) of the Los Angeles City CEQA Guidelines. 2. APPROVE POLA Resolution No. 26-10753 approving the Seventh Amendment to Permit No. 560 with Vopak Terminal Los Angeles, Inc. Fiscal Impact Statement: None submitted by the Board of Harbor Commissioners. Neither the City Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
