(18) 21-0912-S2 TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE REPORT relative to amending the Agreement with CicLAvia, Inc., for the Open Streets Program. Recommendation for Council action: AUTHORIZE the General Manager, Department of Transportation (DOT), or her designee, to execute a Second Amendment to Agreement C-140746 with CicLAvia, Inc. to extend the term of the agreement to June 30, 2027, with an option to extend month-to- month for up to six months, from July 1, 2027 through December 31, 2027, to implement the Open Streets Program, subject to approval by the City Attorney as to form and legality. Fiscal Impact Statement: The City Administrative Officer (CAO) reports that there is no impact to the General Fund. This contract is funded through grants and special fund appropriations, such as the Measure M Local Return Fund. The City’s financial obligation is limited to the extent of appropriations approved by the Council and Mayor. Financial Policies Statement: The CAO also reports that this report complies with City Financial Policies in that the City’s financial obligation is limited to available cash balances in the current budget year.
