(19) 22-1049-S1 TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE REPORT relative to amending the contract with Blue Systems, Inc., for mobility data analysis. Recommendation for Council action: APPROVE the proposed second amendment and AUTHORIZE the General Manager, Department of Transportation, to execute the amendment to Contract C-139579 with Blue Systems for continued provision of a data analytics platform for monitoring dockless providers, from January 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025, and a cumulative total compensation amount not-to-exceed $1,100,428, in substantial conformance with the revised draft agreement included as Attachment 1 the City Administrative Officer (CAO) report dated July 16, 2026, attached to the Council file, subject to the review and approval of the City Attorney as to form. Fiscal Impact Statement: The CAO reports that the recommendation in this report has no General Fund impact. Funding is available in the City Parking Permit Program Revenue Fund to support this contract amendment. The City’s obligation is limited to the availability of appropriations. Financial Policies Statement: The CAO also reports that the recommendation complies with City Financial Policies as sufficient funds exist to support the proposed expenditures.
