(31) 26-1098 CD 15 MOTION (McOSKER - BLUMENFIELD) and RESOLUTION relative to issuing revenue bonds of notes, in amount not to exceed $30,000,000 to finance and/or refinance acquisition, construction, improvement, and equipping of a 166-unit multifamily rental housing project located at 252 West Imperial Highway in Council District 15. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1. CONSIDER the results of the Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act of 1982 (TEFRA) public hearing held on March 16, 2026 for the Project. 2. ADOPT the accompanying TEFRA RESOLUTION to allow the California Municipal Finance Authority to issue revenue bonds or notes in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $30,000,000 to finance and/or refinance the acquisition, construction, improvement, and equipping of a 166-unit multifamily rental housing project located at 252 West Imperial Highway in Council District 15.
