PRESENT and ADOPT the accompanying ORDINANCE dated July 24, 2026, attached to the Council file, relative to amending Section 22.484(g)(2)B.2.(ii) of Article 5, Chapter 20, Division 22 of the Los Angeles Administrative Code to authorize the General Manager, Department of Transportation, to automatically index private ambulance service rate increases to the rates set by the County of Los Angeles. Fiscal Impact Statement: None reported by the City Attorney. Neither the City Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative Analyst have completed a financial analysis of this report.
