(36) 26-1102 MOTION (HERNANDEZ - SOTO-MARTINEZ) relative to negotiate a long-term contract between the City and Goldenvoice LLC to provide supplemental City services for the annual Camp Flog Gnaw Carnival. Recommendations for Council action: 1. INSTRUCT the City Administrative Officer (CAO) and Chief Legislative Analyst to negotiate a long-term contract between the City and Goldenvoice LLC (Organizer) to provide supplemental City services for the annual Camp Flog Gnaw with full reimbursement of all required and/or requested supplemental City services. 2. AUTHORIZE the use of supplemental Police law enforcement services to support the Event and future events, with full reimbursement of Police law enforcement services, in accordance with California Government Code section 53069.8. 3. AUTHORIZE the CAO to execute and administer a contract between the City and Organizer, and contract amendments to extend the term up to a total of five-years for future events, subject to the approval of the City Attorney as to form and legality.
