(37) 21-4118-S14 CD 13 MOTION (SOTO-MARTINEZ - HARRIS-DAWSON) relative to rescinding the prior Council action of November 16, 2021 regarding designating 41.18 zones in Council District 13. Recommendations for Council action: 1. RESCIND the prior Council action of November 16, 2021 regarding designating 41.18 zones in Council District 13 (Council file No. 21-4118-S14) all sites designated in the action, inasmuch as the Council Office does not wish to maintain these zones as designated 41.18 sites. 2. INSTRUCT the City Administrative Officer to report with any additional actions necessary to remove signage from these sites.
