(39) 26-1114 CD 14 MOTION (JURADO - BLUMENFIELD) and RESOLUTION relative to issuing Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds, in an amount not to exceed $55,000,000 (Obligations) to finance and/or refinance the acquisition, construction, improvement, renovation, furnishing and equipping of the 271-unit multifamily housing project known as Sky Castle II (Project) located at 350 South Figueroa Street in Council District 14. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1. CONSIDER the results of the Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act of 1982 (TEFRA) public hearing held on April 9, 2026 for the Project. 2. ADOPT the accompanying TEFRA RESOLUTION approving the issuance of bonds in an amount not to exceed $55,000,000 for the new construction of a 271-unit multifamily housing project located at 350 South Figueroa Street in Council District 14.
