CC 4. Professional Services Agreement for Dudek - CEQA Services
To approve the amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Dudek
to allow for continued contractual support for CEQA consulting services for
a compensation amount not to exceed $500,000 and to update the fee schedule/
standard schedule of charges.
