CC 7. Award of Contract to Titans Roofing Corporation for Roof Replacements at
Public Works Yard
1. Award a contract for the Public Works Yard Roof Replacements Project
to Titan Roofing Corporation in the amount of $71,969 and authorize the
City Manager to execute the contract; and
2. Authorize a contingency amount of $7,000 (approximately 10%
of construction costs) for any unforeseen circumstances.
