CC 14. Resolution Accepting Grant Funding from the Department of Justice, Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Fiscal Year 2026-27 1. Adopt Resolution CC 2026-91 accepting grant funding from the Department of Justice, Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) 2025 in the amount of $11,970 and increase the Police Department Police Department; and 2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute the grant with the Escheat of Unclaimed Property Policy Authorize staff to pursue the escheatment of unclaimed funds to the City in the amount of $62,411.65 and approve the transfer of any available funds remaining unclaimed to be recognized as revenue in the General Fund in accordance with the Escheat of Unclaimed Property Policy. CC 16. Purchase Order Authorization for Door Access Control with Enterprise Security, Inc. for City Owned Facilities 1. Authorize staff to issue a Purchase Order to Enterprise Security, Inc. in the amount totaling $100,290.55; and 2. Approve Resolution CC 2026-92 appropriating $100,290.55 in Building Maintenance Fund – Fund Balance for use towards Door Access Control.
