Office Roof Repair Project in the Amount of $66,480
1. Approve award of contract to Stone Roofing Company, Inc. for the City
Hall Roof Repair Project in the amount of $66,480 and authorize the City
Manager to execute the contract; and
2. Authorize a contingency amount of $6,000 (approximately 10% of
construction costs) for any unforeseen circumstances.
