Recommendation
It is recommended that the City Council consider approval of a three-year professional
services agreement with Arroyo Background Investigations for pre-employment
background investigation services for the South Pasadena Police Department, with an
option to extend for 2 additional years and for a cumulative amount not to exceed
$150,000.00.
